Abstract
Preserving the environment and building capacity for the residents of each region requires examining potential capacities and removing obstacles and problems in order to actualize them.
Therefore, this goal can be achieved by preparing the land.
East of Isfahan, despite its many capabilities, is in a state of imbalance due to the lack of proper water management in the Zayandeh Rood basin.
Drought has become one of the most complex natural hazards, natural resources, food security and economy of many societies, especially in the east of Isfahan, and has caused important security concerns for water and food, as well as financial and economic challenges, for the east of Isfahan.
Therefore, in order to investigate the upcoming problems and solve or adjust their challenges, the potentials of the region should be identified by examining the land use maps so that existing bottlenecks can be reduced with proper planning.
In this research, despite the risks and threats caused by drought, he pointed out capabilities such as pastures with power one and two, areas with protection capability, an area with medium agriculture, areas for tourism and areas for using solar energy.
Therefore, identifying the capabilities of this region will be of great help to the residents and provincial managers for management in drought conditions and non-migration of the residents of that region.
